Position Summary: we are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist to support daily warehouse and fulfillment operations. The position is responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring a high level of service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

· Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently according to orders and shipping requirements.

· Receive incoming goods and verify quantities and condition against documentation.

· Properly store, organize, and label merchandise within the warehouse.

· Perform inventory handling, counting, and reconciliation activities.

· Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.

· Prepare orders and shipments for dispatch.

· Assist with loading and unloading goods as required.

· Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe.

· Use basic computer systems to enter and retrieve inventory and shipment information.

· Use Microsoft Excel for basic inventory tracking, reporting, and data entry.

· Follow established warehouse procedures and safety requirements.

· Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

· Provide a customer-oriented approach when handling customer orders and requests.

Required Qualifications

· College-level education or equivalent.

· Minimum 5 years of experience working in a warehouse, fulfillment center, logistics, or similar environment.

· Demonstrated experience handling and controlling inventories.

· Experience with picking, packing, receiving, and storing goods.

· Basic computer skills.

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

· Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Customer-oriented attitude and professional communication skills.

· Ability to work full-time and perform the physical requirements of a warehouse environment.

Desired Skills

· Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, distribution, or fulfillment operations.

· Experience using warehouse management or inventory systems.

· Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and accountability.
